Cynthia Minor is one of the founders of Camelot Equestrian.  She has been riding for more than 20 years, including about 12 years of Dressage.  Cynthia's primary role in Camelot Equestrian is that of Trainer and teacher.  Her next goal in her horse-training is to achieve USDF certification as a trainer, and possibly a judge.  Cynthia also handles the public side of things, such as the website and publication of the newsletter The Centerline.  "I believe that the best relationship we can have with our horses is one of cooperation and mutual respect.  No relationship, whether between two people, two animals, or a person and an animal, can be forced by the domination of one party over the other.  When I train, I look at the horse and his needs as much as I do the rider's, and from this viewpoint I work to create a balanced team of cooperative partners.  The more conflict can be avoided, the more the final results will have a natural and beautiful flow."  In addition to her horse training, Cynthia holds a BS in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.  She is highly proficient with computers, and spends her evenings designing and maintaining web sites.  Cynthia can be contacted by email at camelotequestrian@camelotequestrian.com

Stephen Minor, Business Manager

Stephen Minor is also a founder of Camelot Equestrian.  Steve holds a BS in Mathematics and a BS in Chemistry from Shenandoah University in Virginia.  As the Business Manager, Steve tends to the financial aspects of Camelot Equestrian. His knowledge and expertise in the areas of business quality are a great asset to the business.  “It is our hope that Camelot Equestrian will become the first training facility recognized by ISO 9000, an international quality organization!  The communication that can be seen between a well-trained and loved horse and its owner make this job 100% rewarding. It is our goal to promote this between you and your horse.”  Steve lives in Erda with his wife, Cynthia, their dogs Barclay and Maia, and cats Who, BC, and Jazz.  Steve can be contacted by email at arthur@camelotequestrian.com
