UGC operates 6 horizontal tempering ovens with the ability of heat-treating virtually any type of glass product, coating, and thickness up to 3/4". Oversized lites are available at all of our UGC locations. All UGC tempered products are produced in accordance to ASTM C1048-04 and ASTM C1036-06 and are certified by the Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC) and conformity to 16 CFR 1201 and ANSI Z97.1-04.
